Samoil J. Filipovski

Owner / Lawyer

L awyer Samoil Filipovski is the owner of the office. He was born in Skopje in 1962. He graduated in the Faculty of Law at the University of Sts. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje in 1986. He passed the bar exam in 1989, and in 1991 started his career as a lawyer. In 1996 he acquired a post-graduate degree of Business Law in the Central European University of Budapest. In 2004 he became associated member of EURO LEGAL Association of Lawyers. In 2005-2006 he was designated a member of the Government’s Legal Council in Macedonia, as a permanent consulting body. During the period from 2006 to 2010 he served as Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia in the Republic of Slovenia.

Field of performance: criminal law, civil law, economic law and business law. He has published several professional publications in the field of criminal law in the Republic of Macedonia. He speaks fluent English and Slovenian.
